Les has extensive knowledge of Tyson Foods as well as a valuable background in law, business and strategy that benefit the company’s ongoing growth efforts. 

He was executive vice president and general counsel of Tyson Foods from 1999 to 2004. He also practiced corporate and finance law with Kutak Rock and Rose Law Firm, both located in Little Rock. In addition, he previously served on the boards of BMP Sunstone Corp. and Fairfield Communities, Inc.  

A native of Arkansas, Les has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westminster College of Fulton, Missouri, and a law degree from the University of Arkansas.  He is a board member for the Walton Arts Center Foundation and previously served on the national board of trustees for the March of Dimes Foundation.
