Devin Cole
Group President, Poultry & Global Business Unit
Devin Cole serves as Group President, Poultry & Global Business Unit. Devin holds P&L responsibility for the company’s Poultry and International business, overseeing operational excellence and resource management to drive long-term business growth. Devin is also responsible for innovation, sales and operations for the company’s Poultry portfolio, including the iconic Tyson® brand.
As a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team, Devin reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
With three decades of experience in the protein industry, Devin is an industry veteran. He began his career in 1995 as a National Account Manager at Hudson Foods, prior to its acquisition by Tyson Foods in 1997. For the next 16 years, Devin held roles of increasing responsibility at Tyson Foods, including Senior Vice President & General Manager of McDonald’s, Group Vice President of Foodservice Poultry & Prepared Foods, Chief Commercial Officer and most recently, President of International & Global McDonald’s. In these roles, Devin was integral in strengthening and growing the company’s business with strategic customers.
Devin’s experience in the food industry also includes roles as President, North America, at Keystone Foods and Chief Operating Officer at George’s, Inc., where he led the company’s growth strategy and cross-functional operations. In these positions, he focused on expanding market share, building brand portfolios and leading sales, marketing, supply chain and research and development.
Devin studied business finance at the University of Arkansas.
