Kristina Lambert
Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Kristina Lambert serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Kristina works across business units and in partnership with strategic customers to identify and progress strategic opportunities that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
As a member of the enterprise leadership team, Kristina reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
After beginning her career at Tyson Foods as an intern in 1996, Kristina has built a strong and successful track record as a strategic business leader with more than 28 years of experience in the protein industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the company’s Retail Frozen Value Added (RVAP) business, with full P&L, operational, innovation, marketing and sales oversight. Kristina has applied her retail and foodservice expertise to multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Tyson Foods, including Vice President & General Manager of Hot Dogs and Bacon, Senior Director of Marketing for Bacon, and Senior Product Manager for Lunchmeat, Bacon, Ham and Fresh Chicken.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Agribusiness Seminar in January 2025.
