Group President, Prepared Foods, Beef & Pork and Chief Supply Chain Officer

Brady Stewart serves as Group President, Prepared Foods, Beef & Pork and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Brady holds full P&L responsibility for the company’s Prepared Foods, Beef and Pork business. As Chief Supply Chain Officer, he manages the end-to-end supply chain, including Health & Safety, Procurement, Logistics and Food Safety & Quality Assurance.

As a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team, Brady reports to President & CEO Donnie King.

Brady has more than two decades of experience in the protein industry, joining Tyson Foods in 2023 as Group President, Fresh Meats. In this capacity, he was responsible for strengthening the competitiveness of the company’s beef and pork business through increased innovation, technological advancements, operational efficiencies and commercial activities.

Prior to Tyson Foods, Brady held several leadership roles at Smithfield Foods, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Manufacturing Officer and Executive Vice President, U.S. Hog Production. As Chief Operating Officer, he led Smithfield’s business and operating systems across its more than 500 company-owned farms and 46 U.S. production facilities.

Brady holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Systems Technology from Iowa State University.
